What is the High Springs River Festival?

Visitors come from all over the world to experience the small-town charms and outdoor activities offered by High Springs and its surroundings. Discover history, adventure, recreation and family fun during River Fest Weekend! The festival is a jamboree of activities, independently created and hosted by local groups and businesses. It is a a weekend of events that create adventure, provide awareness and celebrate High Springs' community of artists.

Main Street Goals for the Festival:

1)  To establish a signature weekend that provides the opportunity to celebrate all that there is to see and do within 10 miles of High Springs while creating a synergy of economic opportunity for business and organizations

2)  To provide substantial funding for the Main Street Organization’s ongoing mission to foster sustained economic development through historic preservation of the High Springs downtown business district.
