Organization Committee: Working with public and private sector community, regional, and state leaders to develop consensus and coordinate resources to host a successful and well-organized River Festival event.

Sponsorship Committee: Bringing in significant donors and sponsors for the River Festival through effective marketing campaigns and publicity, highlighting the positive benefits of supporting the High Springs Main Street Program and River Festival.

Marketing/Promotions: Creating and marketing a positive image of downtown High Springs, its local attractions and many local community organizations and water conservation and education groups through effective advertising and public relations of the River Festival.

General Office Volunteers: Support committee members in their efforts to structure and effectively organize the High Springs River Festival through Main Street office hours, database entry as well as additional promotional efforts with local merchants throughout High Springs.
